All baptisms are between the hours of 9am and 12 noon at the Holbrook Farms Stake Center with the Stake Primary Presidency Hosting. No food is allowed to be brought into the building before, during or after baptisms. This includes packaged and wrapped treats.

Holbrook Farms Stake Primary Baptism Checklist

BEFORE YOUR BAPTISM DAY:

Invite your guests with the following information.

• • Share the time and room details from the attached schedule.

  • Ask guests to arrive 10 minutes early.

  • Holbrook Farms Stake Center Address: 3957 W Waterbury Drive, Lehi, UT

Prepare your Baptism Program. You will have 45 minutes for the entire Baptismal Program and for ease of schedule will need to be organized in 15 minutes increments as outlined:

• First 15 minutes: Opening program (talks, prayers, music). Your ward bishopric member will conduct.

• Second 15 minutes: Transition to font, baptism, changing and transition back to original room. Use this time for a slideshow, video, or testimony writing if desired. (Please talk to a member of the stake primary presidency if you need to reserve a TV.)

• Last 15 minutes: Confirmation program (talk, confirmation, song, and prayer).

ON YOUR BAPTISM DAY:

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your baptism start time. This will allow enough time for your child to be fitted and changed into baptismal clothing, set up any decorations you’ve planned, and take any pictures you may want. Be mindful that other families will be rotating through the font at their allotted time as well.

• Bring Required Documentation. If the person performing the baptism or confirmation is not from our stake, please have him bring either a current Recommend or a Recommend to Perform an Ordinance form signed by his bishop.

• No food is allowed in the building during Stake Baptisms.
